Celebrate your Trent Story: Support a Student's Future this Holiday Season
Give the gift of education
From opening the door to a successful career, or the place where you met a lifelong friend, spouse, or favourite professor – Trent is a special place for many.
As we cap off 2020, we want to hear your Trent stories and allow you the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on a student's future by providing them with the gift of education this holiday season.
In the words of Trent University chancellor, Stephen Stohn ’66, “Our world is changing in an accelerating way. The ability to think in an adaptable, flexible, curious, compassionate way is at the heart of everything we value at Trent - it's liberal arts education at its finest. And, right now, you have a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Trent students.”
Our Trent students have risen to many unique challenges this year, as they showcase their resilience amidst the pandemic. Financial pressures, worry about employment, and concerns over health and wellness, have all increased dramatically.
When you make a gift to Trent, you help Trent students continue their own story by providing them with employment, financial aid, experiential learning opportunities, mentoring and health and wellness services, to name just a few. This is one of the most powerful and immediate ways to positively and directly impact students' lives.
Consider supporting a student's future this holiday season.
Will you consider a gift today to help a Trent student continue their story?
Share your Trent Story
We'd love to hear your favourite Trent memories or how your time at the University has impacted your life, career and/or family. Stories will be collected and shared virtually for Trent Day, taking place the week of April 3, 2021. Please take a moment to share your favourite memory of your time on campus by emailing alumni@trentu.ca.
