Assistance with Research & Assignments

As part of the phased reopening of the Library, MaDGIC staff are working from home. We are monitoring our email ticket system Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We also welcome you to join our virtual drop-in Zoom sessions:

  • Mondays from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

To attend a drop-in session, you'll find a Zoom link in the Events Calendar by first signing in to MyTrent. Search for 'MaDGIC' and limit the results to Events Calendar.

We look forward to assisting students and researchers with access to MaDGIC collections, technologies and support services.

Questions and requests for virtual appointments should be sent to: madgichelp@trentu.ca
