You may place an ILL request for an item, but some requests cannot be filled at this time due to the closure of many participating libraries. Library staff are attempting to find alternative versions of physical items wherever possible and it may take more time to identify sources. You'll be kept informed of the status of your request via email and through RACER.

The Ontario university libraries are working on a solution to allow for physical copies of material to be sent via interlibrary loans.

For September, we are prioritizing access to spaces and collections to support currently registered students, staff, and faculty. This will allow us to adhere to capacity restrictions and required health and safety protocols, including physical distancing and enhanced sanitization of spaces and collections.

We look forward to eventually welcoming alumni and community visitors back to the library when we can manage the additional capacity.
