    C.E. Cooper Cole was marrried to Sarah Kenwick Tucket. They had four sons and one daughter. His one son is Alfred O.C. Cole, who has played a major role in the history of Trent University.

    Custodial history

    This fonds was created by Dr. C.E. Cole and in the custody of his family until it was donated to the Trent University Archives.

    Scope and content

    This fonds consists of letters between Dr. C.E. Cooper Cole and his life-long friend, Frank Morris (classics scholar and botanist) related to Ontario wildlife, wildflowers (especially orchids), camping and cottaging.
