YuJa - Event Remote Recording
Submit a request for the event to be recorded by filling out the YuJa Special Event Request form on the myTrent portal under Services, IT Services.
At least five minutes before the start of the event, ensure that the lectern computer is turned on. Log in to the lectern computer if you wish to preview the video and audio of the recording. Ensure that the lapel microphone is turned on and attached to the presenter.
Colour bars under Video Source (camera view) means the room camera is off and needs to be powered on if you wish to include that source.
Press the Camera Control button on the lectern touch panel to access the Power On
At the event recording start time, the YuJa Software Station will automatically open and give a countdown to recording start. The recording will begin automatically.
The recording can be extended by selecting the Extend button, and the recording can also be ended early by selecting the Finish button or turning off the lectern computer. Otherwise, the recording will stop automatically at the requested time.
