
Technology Guide for Single Projector Room v.1 (MPC-M10)
Applies to rooms: ESC C202, TN115
The technology in these lecture rooms supports local presentations. In-room equipment includes a video projector, audio visual control panel, networked computer, laptop input cable (HDMI) and campus WiFi.

Audio Visual Components Shown Below:
- Audio Visual (AV) control panel
- Lectern computer (PC)
- Laptop adapter cable for HDMI connection
- Laptop power outlet
- Monitor
- Keyboard and mouse
- Telephone (Call ext.1010 option 4 for emergency Tech Support)
Presenting from the Lectern Computer (PC)
- Power on the lectern computer (2)
- Login with your Trent username and password and open your presentation
- When you are ready to share your content with the class, power on the projector by pressing POWER ON on the AV control panel (1)
- Press PC on the AV control panel (1) to select that input source
- Adjust audio volume using the dial on the AV control panel (1)
Presenting from a Laptop
- Plug your laptop's power cord in to the lectern's power outlet (4) if desired
- Connect the lectern's adapter cable (3) to the laptop’s HDMI port
- Start your laptop and open your presentation
- When you are ready to share your content with the class, power on the projector by pressing POWER ON on the AV control panel (1)
- Press LAPTOP on AV control panel (1) to select that input
- If needed, press Window key + P on your laptop to mirror your laptop's video on the room display
- Adjust audio volume using the dial on the AV control panel (1)

When You Are Finished
- Log off the lectern PC or shutdown and disconnect your laptop if needed.
- Power off the projector by pressing POWER OFF on the AV control panel (1)
