Technology Guide for BL 206
The technology in this room supports local presentations. In-room equipment includes two LCD Displays, smart board display, wireless screen sharing, networked computer, laptop adapter (HDMI), sound system, and campus WiFi.

Starting a Local Presentation
To begin using the room for a presentation, choose your desired sources to output to. There are three displays, the left and right can display the lectern mac, and AirMedia and the smartboard will display the Lectern mac and whiteboard SmartBoard display. The Airmedia screen sharing will allow you to display your laptop or mobile device to either the left or right tv.

Audio can be played via the left and right tv only. To adjust the volume during a local presentation, press the up or down arrow in the Volume box on the left and right side of the touch panel for the two tvs sources.
To control the lecture capture video camera, tap the Camera Control tab to access the controls.

The CTL Design Studio and Trent IT are limited to the CTL and IT department respectively.
