Crestron AirMedia is a wireless presentation system for any mobile device and any platform. “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) to class to present, collaborate, and share content wirelessly.

With this service, you can walk into any AirMedia-equipped room and wirelessly present PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents, PDFs, photos, and screen shots from your personal iOS or Android mobile device on the room display. Mac and Windows notebooks also connect seamlessly making presentations and collaboration from almost any device incredibly fast and easy.

Are you presenting from a smartphone or tablet?

Download the free app for your iOS or Android device and instantly connect to AirMedia. Simply select the file to present on the room display and then swipe through slides on your mobile device.

Are you presenting from a laptop?

No software installation is required. Just use your laptop and follow the simple instructions on the in-room display.

What will I see on the in-room display?

Just enter the IP address shown in the highlighted address field (upper left corner of your screen) into your web browser (URL line) to start sharing content. Then, when you are ready to share your content, enter the connect code for presenters shown in the upper right corner here or on the lectern control panel.
