Laserfiche is the university’s workflow system, and is currently used within the Admission teams and administrative or academic departments interacting with them. This system supports the administration of Admissions-related workflows for documentation for undergraduate domestic, international and graduate applicants. What departments use Laserfiche?
Office staff or faculty reviewing applications for Admissions offices at Trent access the application interface using the Laserfiche web client (UI Web) accessible via the Laserfiche PROD icon in myTrent under the Services tab.
Each user requires a personal Laserfiche account to login to the application server, and are able to access documents based on permissions granted within the Laserfiche application.
Users can request access to the Laserfiche application via the Laserfiche Access form in myTrent > > (to be created by users)
Account approval and setup:
Managers in Graduate Studies, International or Undergraduate Domestic Admissions office will approve any access request and initiate steps to setup the account, access permissions will then notify the user once complete.
