Exam Coverage and IT Service Desk Hours in August
In a ‘normal’ pre-COVID time, the Trent IT Service Desk would by now have returned to summer hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm), however, these are not ‘normal’ times and there is now a higher demand for IT services as staff, faculty, and students; work, teach, and learn from home. Please note the following:
- During the upcoming Exam Period, Wednesday July 29th through to Saturday August 1st, we will extend our hours to be available from 8:00am - 10:00pm.
- Our Service Desk will be closed Sunday August 2nd and Holiday Monday August 3rd
- From, Tuesday August 4th through to Sunday August 16th, our hours will be adjusted to Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (closed Saturday and Sunday)
- From, Monday August 17th extended hours will resume:
Monday through Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm and,
Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm
