This is a premiere one-day event to network, share ideas, and discuss solutions to today’s challenges, both inside and outside of the classroom. We expect this will be the largest gathering of your peers in the Kawarthas - people you can relate to, learn from, and who are actively contributing to the best thinking in teaching and technology.
The theme of this year’s conference is Thriving in My Cyberspace.
As the organizers of this conference, we believe that it is not enough to simply survive today’s cyberspace. It is the aim of this year’s conference that attendees build their skills and confidence to;
- thrive as educators by learning about research on the latest techniques in teaching and learning,
- become aware of cybersecurity issues and techniques aimed at mitigating risk from both a user and an IT professional perspective,
- tackle everyday education-related problems with technology and to become more effective at using technology.
We encourage you to register now for this free conference as space is limited. Join us at Trent University as we seek to shape the future by learning together.
