Outlook Web Access Outage
Dear Staff and Faculty,
We have received reports of an issue related to accessing Microsoft Office 365 (staff) email from the myTrent portal. The issue appears to be the result of a change in configuration on the Office 365 platform and our technicians are currently working towards a final resolution to this problem.
In the interim, users can still access the staff email through myTrent but may be prompted to log in a second time. Additionally, for those who have difficulty accessing through myTrent, you can access the webmail interface via a web browser by navigating to https://www.trentu.ca/owa and logging in with your normal myTrent credentials.
Access to email through the desktop Outlook application or mobile devices remains unaffected.
