Update: My Files Access
The fix applied to the MyFiles service (Netstorage) last night did not work, and the service remains offline. Our technicians are continuing to work on the problem.
All users are currently unable to access files on the H: and S: drives using a web browser via MyTrent.
Estimated Repair Time:
We currently have no ETA. We will provide another update at noon today.
