IT staff will update this dashboard as soon as a problem is detected and we encourage you to check here first BEFORE calling the Service Desk in the event you see an issue, which will enable Service Desk staff to concentrate on new issues rather than known issues.
Rest assured that should this dashboard indicate that an issue is in progress, IT staff are working on the resolution and regular updates will be issued via Tech bulletins and @Trent_IT until the situation is resolved.
