Residence Life Dons
More than 50 Residence Life Dons work within our 13 residences to provide a positive on-campus living and learning environment for the over 2,000 students who call campus home. The dons ensure safety and build a sense of community within our residences where you will create lifelong friendships and memories.
Residence Life and Education Assistants
A small but might team, our Residence Life and Education Assistants (RLEAs) enhance the educational experience for students in residence. The RLEAs develop and implement educational materials and programming. They also support the rest of the Residence Life & Education team by creating resources needed in our Residence Learning Model.
Service Centre Assistants
More than 30 Service Centre Assistants (SCAs) provide exceptional customer service for both current and incoming students. Residents will meet our friendly SCAs at their closest service centre when they’re locked out, picking up a parcel, or if they have a general inquiry.
Housing Admissions Assistants
Our Housing Admissions Assistants work hard to help incoming students with their residence application and assist them through their move into residence. You may chat with a Housing Admissions Assistant when you’re inquiring about room selection, accommodation, or applying to residence.
As part of our facilities team, the Facilities Assistants help with ensuring our residences are in tip top shape. From preparing communities for move-in, to organizing and moving furniture, FAs work to maintain our physical resources.
We offer opportunities for professionals to engage and grow in housing and student affairs. We conduct national searches for our positions and are committed to identifying a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
