Medicine, dentistry, veterinary and pharmacy are just a few examples of professional programs that require individuals to have a strong background in the physical sciences and life sciences, as well as the social sciences and humanities. This new Pre-Medical Option (launching in fall 2017) will help prepare you for a future in a medical profession by developing a well-rounded skill set; a significant advantage when it comes time to prep for examinations like the MCAT or DAT.
This new option will be of particular interest to students looking to pursue a career in medicine after graduation. Building on Trent's flexible, interdisciplinary academic programs, this option can be added to virtually any Trent degree and students will have the opportunity to choose courses to complete this unique option from across the sciences, social sciences (including Indigenous Studies), arts and humanities, and business and economics.
Further information will be announced soon. Check back for details.
