Housing

While living in residence is recommended for first-year undergraduate international students, living off-campus during your studies is also an option.

Please start your housing search as soon as you know you will join us at Trent. If you plan to live off-campus, please visit the off-campus housing website for more useful resources, including a list of important tips for international students during their house search.

Please keep in mind that due to high demand, finding off-campus accommodations can be challenging if you wait until the last moment to start your housing search. Arriving to Peterborough or Oshawa without permanent/temporary accommodation is strongly discouraged.

Finally, please be careful with rental scams and do not hesitate to contact us or off-campus housing for support.
