5 Week Personal Wellness Workshops
On Track is a 5-week interactive workshop series that will help you learn skills to boost your overall well-being. Topics include: strengths, self-compassion, boundaries, and effective stress management strategies.
Any and all students are welcome. It is free to attend.
This series is hosted by Krista Kermer (Student Retention Programs Coordinator) and Kate MacIsaac (Campus Mental Health Strategist).
We meet weekly beginning April 29 2021 from 2:00-4:00 pm (Eastern Time). We encourage all students to make a commitment to themselves to attend every session in order to get the most out of the program.
