Plans for Fall 2021
In-Person Learning Returning for Fall 2021
Trent University is planning for a full return to in-person learning at both of our campuses for fall 2021.
A new vaccine requirement is one of several health and safety measures the University has put in place to ensure a safe return to campus. The latter include the mandatory use of face masks in indoor settings, health screening, enhanced ventilation and air filtration, robust cleaning and sanitization, on-campus testing, and wastewater surveillance. The University is also partnering with Public Health to host on-campus pop-up vaccine clinics for staff, faculty and students.
Looking ahead to an in-person fall term, the University is also committed to following and adjusting to any guidelines that may be required to keep our communities safe as we plan to be back to together on campus this September. We are also continuing to expand on our online course options so those students who wish to take some courses remotely can do so.
The Academic Timetable contains details on which courses are planned as in-person and which are planned for remote and online delivery. In-person courses will include room locations in the listing. Should course delivery need to change, details in the timetable will reflect that. We encourage students to refer back to the timetable for updates and changes to courses throughout the summer.
Students are encouraged to watch their Trent email and check the Trent Forward website for updates.
We look forward to welcoming all students back on campus, in person, in September.
