Exams Continuing as Scheduled, Including In Person
This message is to remind you to follow the University’s protocols as end-of-term exams continue as scheduled. Before coming to campus to study or write an exam, please remember to complete Trent’s mandatory COVID-19 screening. If do not pass your daily screening or are advised to isolate by Public Health, you should not come to campus, and should instead contact your instructor to discuss exam alternatives. Please note that adjustments and deferrals are not automatic, and you will need to discuss options with your instructor directly.
As of today, our campuses continue to be safe places and no COVID outbreaks have been declared. A summary of all active confirmed cases with connections to Trent’s campuses is always available on our COVID-19 tracker, which shows a very high rate of vaccinations on campus.
The University continues to monitor COVID-19 activity on campus and if the situation calls for it, we will not hesitate to adapt plans, working with Public Health to guide our decisions. Please continue to check your Trent email and the Trent Forward site for updates.
Take care of yourself during the exam period and, as always, if you have questions or require support at any time, reach out to Student Affairs, your college principal or an academic advisor. If you haven’t done so already, please review these helpful study tips and resources for managing exam anxiety.
Stay well.
