Be a Convocation Ambassador!
Convocation is a very special and memorable time in the lives of Trent graduates - a time when they bring their families and friends to campus to celebrate their achievements. It’s a wonderful event to be part of and a refreshing change to the normal work routine.
Every year, its success depends on the time, energy and commitment of more than 100 staff, faculty, retirees, student and alumni ambassadors.
The Peterborough Convocation ceremonies for 2020 take place on June 8, 9, 10*, 11 & 12, at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each day, but the 10th, which are at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You can help for one ceremony, one day or all ceremonies - whatever fits your schedule (although help for more than one ceremony is greatly appreciated!)
Please note, there will be an Ambassador Orientation Meeting approximately one week before convocation for all volunteers, more information to be announced.

Convocation ceremonies are public events that are recorded in various ways including webcast, video and photography. The ceremonies will be live-streamed on trentu.ca during Convocation and will be available to view after Convocation for the benefit of friends and family who are unable to attend in person. These images and recordings may be used for official purposes, such as promoting Trent University. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
