Did you know that the Hebrew word for dog is Kelev which means "all heart." Did you know that the Hebrew word for tongue is Loshon, which means "the rod that can either destroy or give life?" Why not infuse your life with the Holy Tongue? Join Bible Teacher, Harlen Wall, as he takes you on a journey of biblical proportions.

This course is perfect for those with a religious background and those without a religious background; for those who seek a deeper understanding of the Bible and those who are merely interested in what the language has to offer. By the end of this 8-week course, students will begin to read, write and speak Hebrew.  Watch as all of the Hebrew letters come to life, one at a time, in a linguistic adventure you don't want to miss this Fall!

Students will learn the literal and symbolic meaning of each Hebrew letter as well as the numeric value. The purpose of the course is to foster a deep appreciation for the Hebrew language and what makes it unique. In this light, an emphasis will be put on Hebrew "word-pictures" and the wisdom buried in each letter and selected words.  The result will be a virtual well-spring of ideas and concepts and some of the greatest lessons of life.
