#TrentOGrams Showed Love to Students on Valentine’s Day
Proceeds from inaugural initiative benefitted Trent Fund to support the needs of current students
The Trent community – including staff, faculty and alumni from across the world - showed students the love on Valentine’s Day by ordering the new Trent-inspired Valentines known as TrentOGrams. Proceeds from this inaugural initiative support the Trent Fund, which is a powerful and flexible fund that helps current students in areas such as emergency housing, on -campus employment, bursaries and mental-health initiatives.
“The Trent family ordered TrentOGrams for their spouses, co-workers, family and friends and we thank them for making this Valentine’s Day extra sweet for current students as well,” says Doug Sweet ’73, who shared his love story with his wife Marjolaine Boutin-Sweet ’74 for the initiative. “Marjolaine and I thank everyone who purchased TrentOGrams and supported student causes that are very close to our hearts.”
#TrentOGrams are beautifully designed Valentines with artwork that acknowledges the University’s most iconic features and recipients received their personalized TrentOGram in their inbox on February 14. Missed yours this year? Don’t worry, there will be a beautiful new Trent-inspired design for 2024.
Members of the Trent Fund Club – those who make monthly donations to support this important fund – got an added perk this year of a free TrentOGram to send to loved ones or friends. Learn more about how the Trent Fund impacts students and the great benefits of joining the club.
