The College Office is considered the first point of contact for all Champlain students looking for assistance on campus. Open from 9 am to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:00 pm each day, we are here to help students looking to book appointments with our Academic Advisor and Academic Skills teams. Our knowledgeable College Ambassadors help students understand and navigate MyTrent, including features like course selection and course management. Ambassadors help students to learn more about university life and campus resources; such as, looking for directions on campus, or collaborating with the office to offer academic programming or events. College staff are trained professionals who are here for you and can ensure that you will find the right place to get the help you need or to have your questions answered.
Located upstairs from the Great Hall on the second floor in the South building, the College Office is a welcoming area and a hub of student activity. Within the College office is a welcome desk, a waiting/resource area, and an outdoor patio with chairs and umbrellas to take in the warmer months. The offices within the College Office are the Academic Advisor (202.1), Academic Skills Instructor (202.2), and the College Principal (202.3), and it is home to the Champlain College Administrative Assistant and our student staff (Ambassadors).
