Graduate year recruitment
Many companies are looking to hire students who are recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates from a wide range of backgrounds. These positions are typically professional.
Graduate year recruitment begins early in your final year, so be sure to start your work search as soon as you arrive back at school in September. If you leave it a couple of months before you graduate, you may miss out on a lot of opportunities.
Employers use many methods to recruit graduates on campus, including:
- Conducting information sessions to inform students of opportunities
- Setting up displays
- Conducting first interviews
Follow us on social media for updates about upcoming employer visits and events on campus.
