Student Work Placement Program (SWPP)
There are several government funding opportunities administered by Employment and Social Development Canada available for Employers from now until April 2021
· Funding partners are now able to cover 75% of all student hiring, up to $7,500.
· Employers may hire for 12 to 16 weeks.
· Employers pay at least 25% of the cost.

Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC)
|Complete the online Employer Eligibility Assessment and submit it with the necessary documentation. To access the application portal, please visit ITAC's website.|
|Magnet Student work placement program||Apply through Magnet.|
|Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC)||Complete an Employer Application Form and submit it along with a brief company description, and a description of the intended participant’s co-op position.|

Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MIHR) – Gearing Up
