The Specialization in Economics (involving a total of 3.5 credits) is available to students in the B.B.A. Program.

The transcripts of students graduating with an Honours degree who have successfully completed the requirements of the Specialization will contain the notation "with a Specialization in Economics".

Course Requirements for a Specialization in Economics:

2.5 credits consisting of:

  • ECON 2000h  Intermediate Micro
  • ECON 2010h  Intermediate Macro
  • ECON 3020h  Financial Economics
  • ECON 3120h International Finance
  • ADMN 3700h  Investments

Plus a half credit (0.5) credit from these:

  • any other 0.5 ECON course beyond those required for the B.B.A. degree
  • ADMN 3870h Internship

Plus a half credit (0.5):

  • any other 0.5 ECON course beyond those required for the B.B.A. degree
