Welcome to the Trent Athletics Centre!
Offering a state-of-the-art sports and workout facility, we also provide access to workout spaces at the Athletics Centre: Fitness Studio 1, Fitness Studio 2, Mezzanine, Cardio Loft, and Weight Room
The following provides an overview of the workout locations found throughout the Athletics Centre:
Fitness Studio 1 (FS1)

Mezzanine (Mezz)
There will be 4 fitness zones in the Mezzanine Zone. These zones will have the following pieces of equipment in them:

Cardio Loft (Cardio)
The cardio loft will have 25 workout zones available for booking. Cardio Equipment include:
- 7 treadmills overlooking the river
- 6 treadmills overlooking the weight room
- 3 recumbent bikes
- 1 spin bike
- 8 elliptical machines
Strength & Conditioning Equipment:
- Cable machines
- A rack of DBs ranging from 5lbs to 35lbs
- A rack of Medicine balls
- Kettle Bells ranging from 5lbs to 40lbs
- Pre loaded bar bells ranging from 20lbs to 100lbs
Students and members are asked to follow best practices for cleaning all pieces of equipment after every use.
Weight Room
The weight room will be limited to 30 people working out at a time, and will include access to all machines and dumbbells, as well as 2 spin bikes available for warm ups and cardio workouts in this zone.
