Looking for a Workout Buddy at the Trent Athletics Centre?

Are you looking to start working out at the Trent Athletic Centre, but you are not too sure where to start?
Our Workout Buddy (16 years+) program will pair you with one of our wonderful staff who will support and accompany you throughout your workout. They will meet you in the front foyer of the Athletic Centre, show you around the building and complete a workout with you. This is not a personal training program, but our staff can show you some of their preferred workouts. If you have any questions throughout the workout, they can support you to find the answer. This is a great way to get familiar with the facility and to make new friends.
All of our Workout Buddy programs will start their first few sessions in Fitness Studio One and Fitness Studio Two; these are smaller rooms with a lower capacity. A great space to have your first work out in! Please remember to bring your student card with you, or you will not be able to access the Athletic Centre.
