Trent Athletics teams up with Pilates on Demand to provide FREE virtual fitness classes for our Trent Students, Staff and Faculty

Trent Athletics is delighted to once again partner with Pilates on Demand for another year of virtual fitness classes made available to all Trent students, staff and faculty.
With the Fall semester just around the corner, returning Trent students can expect to be welcomed back to campus with a combination of both in-person and online classes along with events and programs as part of Trent Athletics strong program offering. Students, staff and faculty can rest assured that their fitness and wellness needs can be achieved with both in-person and virtual services this fall semester.
Pilates on Demand is a body-positive online fitness platform offering pilates, yoga, barre, and meditation classes for people of all ages, bodies, and skillsets. Their ultimate goal is to provide accessible, and flexible fitness programs that are not only convenient for any and all busy schedules that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
Using their Trent email address, our students, staff and faculty can create an account and register for Pilates On Demand and enjoy their collection of programs from September 2021 through to April 30, 2022.
To encourage student wellness as well as celebrate Trent Athletics’ renewed partnership with Pilates on Demand, the More Than Movement Challenge is a newly announced 8-week challenge featuring a collection of virtual exercises including active movement, stretching, and daily journaling — with prizes worth up to $600 for the lucky winner.

Pilates On Demand is an online fitness platform that is more than just movement. They understand that the gym can be an intimidating place and that in person sessions aren’t in everyone's budget or schedule. Their extensive library of Pilates, Barre, and Yoga classes are there to help you effectively and conveniently ignite your love of movement. They pair their sessions with meditation, journaling and talk series’ to help you dive deeper into your total wellness experience. Classes are taught by knowledgeable instructors and supported by an online community of motivated members who, like you, are on their journey to love movement.
