Adult Swim Lessons

Adult Beginner

It is never too late to start swimming! This program is best suited for those who would like to build comfort in the water and learn how to swim. No swimming experience required.

Program runs September 10 to December 7 (no class Oct 19).

Sundays    11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Tuesdays    7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Thursdays    6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Saturdays    3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

 

Adult Stroke Development

Improve your swimming technique and stroke knowledge! Participants will learn which strokes are best suited for them and how to develop their stroke efficiency. Pre-Requisite: comfortable swimming multiple lengths.

Program runs September 10 to December 7 (no class Oct 19).

Sundays    2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Tuesdays    7:30 pm - 8:30 pm    

Thursdays    6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Saturdays    3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

 

Adult Fitness

Learn to get the full potential out of your swimming workout while keeping it fun and challenging! This program will include the development of technique, endurance, and speed through instruction and varied weekly programs. Pre-Requisite: confident swimmer, knowledge of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. 

Program runs September 10 to December 1.
