Adult Swim Lessons
Adult Swim lessons- registration opening on Friday October 22nd, 2021
Are you interested in learning how to swim and to build on your confidence in the water? Then our Adult Swimming Lessons (16years+) are for you! You'll work towards a 10-15m swim on your front and back. You'll do jump entries from the side and recover an object from the bottom in chest-deep water. Improve your fitness and your flutter kick with 4 x 9-12 m interval training (The Lifesaving Society of Ontario).
Lessons will be offered on a private or semi-private option. Private lessons are one on one with the instructor. Semi-private lessons are two participants max and the instructor. NOTE: Our Lesson one time slot is a Women’s Only time slot. Women’s Only Swim is open to self-identified women and gender non-conforming people.

This program is found under Bookings in Legend (I am assuming it will be in the Aquatic area)
It is never too late to start swimming! This program is best suited for those who would like to build comfort in the water and learn how to swim. No swimming experience required.
ADULT STROKE DEVELOPMENT
Improve your swimming technique and stroke knowledge! Participants will learn which strokes are best suited for them and how to develop their stroke efficiency.
Pre-Requisite: comfortable swimming multiple lengths.
Learn to get the full potential out of your swimming workout while keeping it fun and challenging! This program will include the development of technique, endurance, and speed through instruction and varied weekly programs.
Pre-Requisite: confident swimmer, knowledge of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke.
