How to Register for Your Workout Zone
BOOKING YOUR WORKOUT ZONE
The registration system is easy to use and can be accessed from a pc or mobile device. Please follow the step by step instructions found below, or download them from the following link: Booking Your Workout Zone
From the main Trent Athletics welcome page www.trentu.ca/athletics select:
Select “Reset Password” to activate your account for the first time. DO NOT create a new account. It is important that you use your Trent student e-mail address.
Enter your Trent student e-mail address. You will receive an email with instructions telling you how to reset your password.
Enter your new password.
The screening questionnaire must be completed each time before registering for your workout or lane swim. Enter your Trent student e-mail address and your password and select “Login.”
Select Drop Ins
Under “Club”, select “Athletics Centre”
Select “Pre-Scheduled Workouts”
Select the workout zone that you are interested in. A full description of the workout zones and the equipment available in those zones is available by clicking here. Select “View Timetable”
Select the date that you want to book and time. All workouts are 60 min. in length and the Athletics Centre closes for 30 min. following for cleaning and sanitizing.
From the dropdown menu, you can see the specific workout zones available within that space. Select the Zone that you wish to reserve.
After selecting the workout zone, you can “Add and continue to basket” to complete this booking or “Add and book another.” The system only allows for one workout reservation per day, but you can reserve workouts and lane swims up to 7 days in advance.
If you are satisfied with your selection, select “Continue.” You have the option of cancelling that booking by selecting the red “X” and you can then select “Book another” to add additional bookings for future dates.
You must review the Terms and conditions and select “I accept the terms & conditions” in order to complete your workout or lane swim booking. Then select “Confirm.”
Your booking is completed! You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details.
CANCELLING YOUR WORKOUT OR LANE SWIM BOOKING
If you need to cancel your workout or lane swim, simply login to your account and select
Your workout or lane swim reservation will appear and you can select the red “X” to cancel and rebook for another date.
