Important - How to Register and Avoid Errors
Before beginning the registration process, please note that your session will time out if the page is left open for too long before completing payment. This will automatically cancel your registration without warning. To avoid this happening, please complete your registration promptly once you have started. |
Step 1 - Choose one of the options below for registration.
Step 2 - On the next page, enter 'EDAQ' into the 'Course Code Number' box. DO NOT use the 'Meeting Dates', 'Topic Code', and 'Location' fields. Click on the SEARCH button.
Step 3 - A list of all courses will appear. Select your course and add it into your cart. Proceed to the Personal Identification page by clicking 'NEXT' at the top of the page.
Step 4 - Fill in your personal information and continue on to payment.
If you are receiving an error message on the Personal Identification page saying that you cannot be uniquely identified, please contact us at at 705-748-1011 ext 7056 or send an email to AQ@trentu.ca.
Step 5 - When you reach the Payment page - PAYPATH

Step 6 - When you see "Class/Payment Acknowledgment" on the screen, you are successfully registered.

AQ Refund Policy - If you drop your course, it can take up to 6 weeks to receive your refund.
OPTION 1
For New Students, Alumni or Returning Students Without Login
- If you are a returning student or if you have ever applied to Trent, please enter the name you would have used at that time. If you are unsure, please contact the AQ Office.
- Refer to the Registration Steps above.

Please note that there will be a third-party credit card service fee applied to your transaction. The AQ Office has reduced the course fees for you so that the total fee won't be affected.
OPTION 2
For Returning Trent Students with a Login
- Click on the 'I have a Trent username & password' link below.
- Be sure to enter your Trent email as your username.
- Once logged in, click on the REGISTER tab in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on the 'rocket' icon that says AQ courses. If this option does not work for you, please use Option 1 to register. The alumni discount will still apply.
- Refer to the Registration Steps above.
