Hi everyone! I am a Ph.D student at Trent. I have been part of our club since the very beginning. Currently, I maintain the club webpage which was very awesomely designed by my predecessor Jonathan Bruce. Additionally, I work on creating and improving the connections between TLSDC and other clubs at Trent. I am a big latin-dances fan although I like swing dancing too. Since I came to Trent, TLSDC has been a big part of my social life. Similarly, as a club, we have left our unique mark on Trent's social life with our parties, free dance classes, etc. Come on out, dance, make new friends, and have fun!

Hello! I'm a grad student at Trent, currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Physics. I first became involved in the club while in my undergrad, back in the summer of 2007. After the first class, I knew I loved it! I didn't have any prior dance experience at all, and in just a few months we were performing at Trent World Day. So don't be afraid if you've never danced before -- you'll learn faster than you think, and have a lot of fun in the process!

Hello Dancers!!! My name is Jules Carlson, and I am a PhD student here at Trent. I am happy to be part of this very fun and growing club for almost 4 years!!!. I have enjoyed dancing salsa and other latin dances for 6 years now, being a member of dance clubs at the University of Toronto, before starting this group at Trent and learned some swing here. My role is to oversee various club projects. I also teach intermediate salsa dance lessons. If you have any questions about lessons or general questions or comments about the club, you can contact me at julescarlson@trentu.ca I encourage you all to come! Once you're in this club, you won't know how you lived without it!
