Our Fare



The Seasoned Spoon's fare is based, whenever possible, on food grown and processed in our bio-region. We strive to source from certified organic, 'transitionally organic' farms, and from farmers who practice ‘integrated pest management’, and to pay those farmers fairly.

Our fare aims to be:

• Seasonally based – made from ingredients grown in this region

• Affordable

• Vegetarian and vegan

• Healthy and tasty – why not?

• Distinctive (i.e. does not replicate other meals available on campus)

• Made from whole, or minimally packaged and processed foods

• Small in ecological footprint, big in flavour
