| SAID is made
up of representatives of the International Development Program at Trent
University. As a student group we endeavour to enhance the experiences
outside of the classroom by acting upon issues of relevance to the
students. We are a liaison between IDS students, faculty, and staff.
Among other things, we host an annual IDS Meet & Greet, screen
films regarding development issues, are involved in the annual
International Development Week at Trent, host study groups, information
sessions, and more.
This website is designed for you to get more
involved with the development community outside of the classroom. Check
out our upcoming events, how to contact us or come to a meeting, get
involved in a forum, read about recent news items, and explore our
resources for the greater development community. We hope you enjoy the
