Frontier College at Trent University is a University student-based organization. While acting as positive role models and creating awareness of the issues surrounding literacy, our dedicated volunteers reach many individuals in the community. Our volunteers work with children, youth and senior citizens throughout Peterborough by helping to develop early literacy skills, demonstrating that reading can be an enjoyable and worthwhile activity, sharing the joys of reading, and helping to improve reading and writing skills.
