Frontier College at Trent University hosts an Annual Literacy Conference at the Symons Campus. A wide variety of topics are discussed in seminars led by professionals from around Ontario.
The conference is a free event open to the community.

Family Literacy Day: Peterborough
Frontier College at Trent University has participated at the Family Literacy Day Events held in Peterborough, Ontario for a number of years. We are proud to be a part of this wonderful event hosted by the Peterborough Family Resource Centre.

Scrabble Night In Canada Challenge
During the month of March, Frontier College encourages people to hold Scrabble Game Events to raise money for literacy in Canada. Frontier College at Trent University hosted the first Scrabble Night in Canada with the help of the Peterborough Public Library. Our first year was very successful and everyone who attended had a wonderful time and won prizes donated by Peterborough businesses.
