Terms of Reference

• To review Trent’s current vision statement and consider renewal of Trent's vision;
• To implement an engagement process whereby members of the community* contribute to the discussion;
• To implement a communications strategy for engagement in activities of the committee;
• To provide input to other review processes, and inform unit-level integrated planning;
• To support the vision renewal process with a recommended vision statement.

The Committee will deliver a draft vision statement by the end of the year, initiate a consultative process in the new year, and confirm vision renewal by March 2010.
