S & A  Membership 50/50 Tickets
If you are interested in joining the S & A or the monthly 50/50 draw, please complete the form below. You must be an employee paid by Trent to be eligible.
S & A Membership amended January 1, 2009 [$3.75/month paid through payroll deduction] Annual cost of membership is $33.75, which can be paid via payroll deduction by permanent employees or via cheque for contract employees. Cheque should be payable to Trent University and forwarded to Audrey McLaughlin, Purchasing Department, BH. The S & A promotes recreational, social, athletic and educational activities among its members, partners and children of a members immediate family.

50/50 Membership [$1.00/ticket paid through payroll deduction] Through payroll deductions you can purchase, for 1 dollar per ticket, as many chances as you desire for the monthly draw. The amount of the prize depends on the number of chances purchased.  50% of the proceeds go to bursaries and scholarships, 3^rd place receives $10, 2^nd place receives $25, 1^st place receives the balance.
