Professor Patti Tracey Featured in "Pulse" Magazine

Trent/Fleming School of Nursing Professor, Patti Tracey is featured this month in the University of Toronto’s Pulse magazine.  Professor Tracey is studying the effects of how a non-governmental organization’s (NGO) healthcare brigade to Honduras affects the republic’s health care system.

Professor Tracey along with the Friends of Honduras Children also provide Trent/Fleming School of Nursing students an opportunity to complete their Community Based Nursing Practice in Honduras.  Students are provided with two different opportunities depending on which term they complete their placement.  Opportunities include a Community Health Brigade as well as a Primary Care Brigade.
