Recruitment for volunteers, including approximately 140 judges, is now taking place for the annual event. English speaking and bilingual judges are needed. Please register online at www.peterboroughsciencefair.org/registration_judge.php. Password is JudgePRSF2008 (case sensitive).

Each year hundreds of students representing dozens of schools from Apsley to Cobourg participate in the Science Fair at Trent, an annual tradition since 1970, and a premiere showcase of young scientific talent. The students, ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 12, display projects in biological, physical, engineering, and computing sciences.

This year, the winners of the Science Fair will represent the Peterborough Region at the Canada Wide Science Fair in Ottawa, Ontario for a week in May 2008.
