Online event features opportunities to explore Trent’s 100+ academic programs, take virtual tours and connect with professors and students in real time
Trent University will host future students, their friends and families at Virtual Fall Open House this Saturday, November 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST), an opportunity for those planning their post-secondary pathways to explore Ontario’s #1 undergraduate university.
Trent’s Virtual Fall Open House will highlight the University’s campuses in both Peterborough and Durham GTA, feature live chats and information sessions with faculty, staff and current students, and showcase video tours of spaces, places and experiences offered at both campuses, including the brand new residence and academic building at Trent Durham.
“We’re bringing the best of Trent – world-renowned professors, passionate current students, inspiring campus communities to live and study – online for prospective students to enjoy from the comfort of home,” explains Marilyn Burns, vice-president, Communications & Enrolment. “The event will feature real-time presentations, breakout rooms and live chats where future Trent students can learn about our academic programs, guaranteed career experience, and life at Trent’s campuses in Peterborough and Durham. We have seen a tremendous uptake with the number of students registered for both campuses already.”
All prospective students who register for and attend this weekend’s Virtual Fall Open House are also automatically entered in a draw to win free first-year tuition.
