Students and Faculty Honoured at Annual Nursing Awards Ceremony
Celebrating excellence at the Trent/Fleming School of Nursing
Nursing students, faculty, community partners, and generous donors gathered to honour achievements in nursing education at Trent University. The annual Trent/Fleming School of Nursing awards ceremony gives the School a few minutes to stop and celebrate both student and faculty success. Awards and prizes ranged from excellence in current clinical placement to celebrating leadership potential for the future.
“I feel very honoured to be recognized as a recipient of the Janet Bews’ award,” said Jennifer Bilbie, one of the students celebrated at the event. “I plan to continue to advocate and make upstream changes for those struggling with disease.
