This symposium reunites five Canadian professors who have recently written or are currently writing biographies. The moderator of the meeting, Antonio Cazorla, has also written a biography of Francisco Franco (published in both English and Spanish). The purpose of the meeting is to explore how to write a modern biography and why it matters.
