The TRULY B ME Club (Trent University Leadership in Yoga, Breathing and Meditation) is presenting a Health and Happiness Workshop. Learn to use the Science of the Breath to eliminate or decrease stress, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, PMS, loss of concentration, muscle tension, restlessness, "constant chatter in the mind", excess fear, impatience, high blood pressure, anger... Learn to be calm and carry on. This event is open to the public - all welcome.
