Students are being encouraged to gather the information required in order to apply prior to the deadline of March 30, 2012.

The on-line application is now open for students to apply for the new 30% Off Ontario Tuition grant - a new program to help make education more accessible and affordable for Ontario’s families.

Students can now apply for the new grant worth up to 30 per cent of average undergraduate university and college tuition. Students who receive OSAP don’t need to do anything – they will be automatically considered for the grant. 

You could be eligible to get 30% off your student tuition if:

• You’re a full-time student at a public college or university in Ontario
• It's been less than four years since you left high school
• You're in a program that you can apply to directly from high school
• Your parents' gross income is $160,000 or less
