Call for Nominations - CUPE 3908 Award for Excellence in Teaching

Faculty, staff, students and alumni are invited to submit individual nominations for the CUPE 3908 Award for Excellence in Teaching. This award of $600 is presented each year to a part-time faculty member at Trent University represented by CUPE Local 3908. The award recognizes outstanding teaching at Trent and exemplary concern for students.
The recipient of this award is determined by the CUPE Teaching Awards Committee, which consists of faculty and student representatives (voting), and the Instructional Development Centre Administrative Assistant (secretary, non-voting). In nominating someone for the award, nominators will be asked to explain how their candidate is an outstanding teacher, and how she/he demonstrates exemplary concern for students.
Eligible candidates for this award include Course Instructors, Academic Skills Centre Instructors, Tutorial and Workshop Leaders, Language Assistants, and Tutors. A complete list of eligible candidates is provided on the following web page here.

Previous recipients of the CUPE 3908 Award for Excellence in Teaching are ineligible. Previous recipients include:
