Canada tops in higher education

Canada is the clear leader among member nations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in the percentage of adults with a post-secondary degree, at 48 per cent, according to a report by Statistics Canada and Canada's Council of Ministers of Education. Only 34 per cent of adults in the United States and 23 per cent of adults in OECD countries have a post-secondary degree.
