Trent honours top athletes

Trent students Lisa Morton and Jamie Fligg were awarded the Arthur Cup, the athletic departmentšs most prestigious award at the 31st annual Athletic Awards Reception.

Morton, a fourth year biology, environmental science and education student from Scarborough, is one of Canadašs top two-way players in university field hockey, and a four-time OUA all-star. She is also a Royal Bank Academic All-Canadian, for strong academic achievements while playing a varsity sport.

Fligg, a fourth year biology and environmental science student from Brampton, has competed for Trent in cross country running and Nordic skiing at the varsity level and in triathlons throughout the province.
